I treat children not diagnoses, looking at who and how they are, the symtoms they have, I want to know if anything happened, life changes, big events, bereavements, physical illnesses, moving house, a friend moved away or they fell out with their best friend, anything..... it could be a big thing or seem minor from outside, to see if there was a clear trigger. Sometimes there is, often not, but I'll want to know who this young person is, what do they love to do, their hobbies, favourite movie or band, what makes them feel furious or sad, frightens them.
And I will listen to whatever they need to say.
A recent research trial looked at homeopathy along with other interventions and support - it's worth a read of Philippa Fiberts blog and the research itself....you need to scroll down to find the entries about homeopathy.
Homeopathy can be part of the way you support and care for your child through tough times
